恢复客户Google Cloud（GCE）系统和数据 20191227

12月27日，接到一个客户说他的系统进不去，SSH无法连接，也无法ping通。这个系统又非常重要，里面掌管着整个网站的数据库、逻辑层和静态文件。客户反馈操作系统是CentOS 7，没有做任何操作，无缘无故就无法启动连接。

接到这个任务后，可以明确是linux系统内核层面出错。好在google cloud提供console控制，经过1个小时的问题排查和操作，客户的服务器终于正常启动，网站和数据都恢复了正常。客户最后直言“救命恩人”，客户的肯定是我们的动力，也是我们存在的价值。
